Work Ready

The all-new 2022 E-Transit is available with a range of factory-installed work-ready accessories, including bulkheads and shelves, guaranteeing that the van is ready to go when it arrives. Customers can convert the E-Transit into a mobile generator that can charge and power tools and equipment on construction sites and on the road with the optional Pro Power Onboard2. Everything from belt sanders to circular saws can run on that much electricity.

Infotainment and Tech

SYNC 4 communications and entertainment technology, with a standard 12-inch touchscreen, improved speech recognition, and optional Connected Built-in Navigation, is offered in E-Transit business cars. Ford Power-Up Software Updates can keep E-Transit software and SYNC functionalities up to date without requiring a trip to the dealer. On the road, Ford Co-Pilot360 technology7, such as available Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control with Speed Sign Recognition and Intelligent Speed Assist, can help drivers determine speed regulations and alter vehicle speed accordingly.

Because commercial drivers spend long hours in their vans, Ford designed a very functional cabin for E-Transit with ample headroom, legroom, and internal walk-through capacity owing to small details like the center console with an integrated rotary shifter. For optimal cargo capacity, the E-Transit battery is positioned beneath the vehicle body, allowing for up to 487.3 cubic feet of cargo space within the high-roof, extended-wheelbase design.
