Stanley Advantage Limited Warranty

Stanley cares about our customers and we want you to be satisfied with the vehicle you purchase. This is the reason we offer a warranty on most pre-owned vehicles purchased at our dealerships for three months or 3000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.

What This Limited Warranty Covers – Covered Components:

This warranty covers the major components of your vehicle, including:

• Engine, which includes cylinder block and head, rotary housing, and all internally lubricated parts
• Turbocharger/supercharger, only if it is installed at the factory
• Transmission/transaxle/transfer case, which includes all internally lubricated parts
• Drive axle and all lubricated parts
• Fluid coverage as new fluids are needed for covered repairs

General Terms and Conditions:

The liability of the dealer with the Limited Warranty is not over $3000. You must maintain eligibility by taking care of the vehicle, and we will repair or replace any covered part that doesn’t perform as intended. You need to follow the scheduled maintenance requirements as set in the owner’s manual. Keep all copies of service and repairs.
All repair work must be performed at the dealer’s location when possible. The warranty includes a deductible of $100 per covered repair. Towing is covered for up to $75 per occurrence. No rental vehicle coverage is included.
If the mechanical issue is covered under another warranty, recall, or other adjustment, this warranty will cover the difference. It covers the replacement of parts when needed with the quality and kind of parts as determined by the administrator of the warranty.
The Limited Warranty isn’t transferable, and it can’t be canceled. It’s not refundable because it wasn’t purchased.
